Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and the customer can ask for a full refund. The refund will be instantly credited in their KEZALI HERBALS WALLET as CREDIT. These CREDITS can be used to place orders at later time.
Customer can also ask for a transfer of CREDITS to their Original Mode of Payment, which can be made within 2-3 week (business day( after approval).
Orders once dispatched from our fulfilment center in India, cannot be cancelled or returned.
In any case if there is any defect in the product delivered , customer can make a request with all details about the issue, and the amount paid will be refunded to their original payment mode within 2-3 weeks of refund approval.
