How do you ship packages?
At the moment we have warehouses in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and we ship products from closest warehouse to customer’s address. Packages will be shipped by Local Courier Service depending on the weight or size of the product and the location of the warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. at this point we are not shipping anywhere other than India. However, if you are from USA or Canada, we might be able to deliver at your door step on special request. Please drop a request to support@kezaliherbals.com
How long does shipping take?
*Usually our standard shipping take about 3-10 business days depending on the shipping location.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. but you can get an express shipping with tracking for only 20 bucks more.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
